Declarations

The undersigned Benjamin Loewenstein native of the Kingdom of Prussia aged 26 years and a man, arrived in the United States on the 18th day of March 1866, wishing in due time to enjoy the rights and privileges of a citizen of the United States of America, makes by this application for the same as the law requires.

This 22nd day of July 1870.

Before me, R. P. Tendick, Clk of the District Court of said County, personally appeared Benjamin Loewenstein who, being duly sworn, makes oath that he arrived in the United States of America at the time specified in the above application, and that it is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and that he does renounce all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or sovereignty whatever and particularly the King(dom) of Prussia, whereof he was before a subject.
